To ensure promptness, please place your order within 10-14 business days before the delivery date.
If you are unsatisfied with the product and wish to make a return, you must make the return within 10 days from the date of the receipt. A restocking fee of 30% of the non-discounted price per item will be applied. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned items to our warehouse in Prague, and any items broken during shipping back to us will be deducted from your credit at the price you paid per item. We take responsibility for the broken items during shipping only if you notify us within 3 days from the date of receipt. We only accept unopened and unused products. You will not be refunded for any returned product that has been either opened or used.
All returns and exchanges will be handled through the Prague headquarters. All orders must be paid in full before shipment. Individual items may not be returned or exchanged at any of our retail locations. Sabon reserves the right to change the order details at any time. Availability of stock may be subject to adjustments in pricing and delivery dates.
